Council of Elders

The Council of Elders is the highest supervisory body of the student body. It is composed of two key branches of the student body—the Central Council of Student Representatives and the Student Parliament.

Its role is to oversee all student bodies, particularly with regard to procedural matters.
It reviews meeting minutes, makes recommendations regarding rule changes, and may overturn resolutions that were implemented incorrectly or revoke the financial autonomy of entire bodies.

Motions

Motions before the Council of Elders generally concern only formal matters. They may be submitted at any time, either in writing or orally.

Meetings

The Council of Elders meets once a month during the semester and as needed during breaks. Meetings are announced 7 days in advance on our website and via email.
